· When You Arrive 

Please relax, while you wait for your therapist. 

· All treatments will end on time as a courtesy to our next guest. 

· Please keep your valuables in the room with you at the time of your service.

We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. 

· Payment Method

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Master Card and Visa.

· There will be an additional $35.00 fee charged to anyone who has a check returned for insufficient funds. 

· Gratuity

Any gratuity would be left to the discretion of our clients, except for packages. It is suggested that a 20% gratuity will be added to all spa packages. 

· Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased for individual treatments, treatment packages or dollar denominations. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and redeemed on or before the expiration date. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or misplaced gift certificates. 

· Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

50% fee will apply to all late cancellations.

· No shows will be charged the full service fee. 

As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off. We ask that spa packages be secured with a major credit card. 

· Treatments and services are available for guests under 18 with signed parental permission or supervision. 

· No refunds or credits on retail purchases or gift certificates.

· Service prices are subject to change.
